Beth A. Di Santo
Prior to founding The Professional BlackBook Club, Beth was a Corporate Finance Attorney for several years in the New York office of Clifford Chance US LLP. Ms. Di Santo founded and currently practices with The Corporate & Real Estate Law Group, P.L., a boutique law firm with offices in Manhattan and Miami Beach. CRE Law Group's practice areas include: securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and start-ups, forming real estate investment trusts, and real estate transactions.
Beth also founded Skyline Title Agency, a real estate title insurance agency and closing company serving real estate developers, investors and residential buyers throughout the State of Florida.

Marcelo A. Rivero
With years of experience planning and coordinating events for an extensive list of high end clients, from social functions to corporate cocktails, Marcelo Rivero has built up a very strong network of local, national and international contacts through his company, Star Services Miami, Inc.
In addition to that, he is currently in charge of the social functions and VIP concierge services at Il Villaggio, a boutique luxury condominium in the heart of South Beach where he caters to an international upscale clientele.
